Below are some screenshots of applications/tools I wrote while I was at Macmillan Publishers. All applications/tools were written in ExtJS using PHP to supply JSON extracts:

Shows holdings for a Salesforce account directly on the account screen

Quotes for a customer – directly syncronising with Salesforce opportunity objects

Master Admin automatch screen – matches customer address records to accounts

Master Admin product screen – maintains SKU to product hierarchy using drag and drop

Advanced search screen – searches the data warehouse for customers, based off criteria shown in plain English

Site licence history browser – shows subscription history in Gaant form
