My tenure at Everis involved two projects, namely a loyalty scheme implementation/data migration for a major retailer and a GDPR anonymisation process for a parent company. My involvement with the loyalty scheme implementation included business analysis, implementation of customer-service-facing Salesforce customisations and migration of the existing (multimillion) accounts/loyalty card data to the new system. The GDPR anonymisation process involved creating a custom tool in Lightning that anonymised the large number of custom fields that were used in their current implementation.
